No. Risk entries never touch a score. Only unresolved gaps do, through a capped penalty, so disclosing risk is never punished.

How is likelihood and impact scored?
On a 5 by 5 grid, for inherent and residual risk, with a heat map that drills into the register.
Can risks link to material topics?
Yes. Every risk can link to a material topic and a control, and the board dashboard summarises risks by topic.
Does it support CBK climate risk requirements?

Who can see the register?
Roles and scopes control visibility. Boards typically see the heat map and top items, not the full register.
