The menu is the method.
Eight steps in the order the work actually happens. Every number on every screen is recalculated from the same source data, so nothing drifts and nobody has to reconcile two versions of the truth.
Step 1. Set up
Describe the organisation, entities, sites and departments. Confirm the standards the platform suggests from your sector and country. Upload your document library and invite users with roles and scopes.

Step 2. What matters
Map stakeholders, send surveys, score financial and impact materiality, and confirm the material topics. Nothing is scored until this gate is passed.

Step 3. AfriESG Ready
Answer the governance, management systems, IFRS S1 and S2 and evidence checklists. The readiness score is always shown beside the rating, never inside it.

Step 4. AfriESG Risk
Fill eight guided lists with suggested risks, heat maps, climate scenarios, treatments and owners. None of it changes your score.

Step 5. AfriESG Performance
Collect metrics by site and period with evidence and approvals. Run the carbon calculator. Score each material topic on implementation, results and evidence.

Step 6. Benchmark
See your percentile against sector, country, Africa and world peers on a distribution curve.

Step 7. Plan and improve
The gap finder derives everything below threshold, assigns owners and suggests a fix type. Convert gaps to actions and track progress.

Step 8. Reporting centre
Generate IFRS S1 and S2, GRI, NSE, CBK and board packs from locked periods, with provenance on every number.

See it with a company like yours.
We do not demo with slides. Tell us your sector and we will walk you through a manufacturer, a bank or an agribusiness on the real platform, in about thirty minutes.
Pilots are open now. The platform launches in the first quarter of 2027.
