Can the same data feed several reports?
Yes. Metrics are mapped to every framework that asks for them, so one approved value fills every report that needs it.
Can reports only be generated from approved data?
A report can be drafted at any time but can only be finalised from a locked period. Finalised reports are versioned and cannot be silently changed.
How does provenance work?
Hover any number in a report to see the metric, site, period, version and approver behind it. Auditors can follow the same trail.
Does the platform support the NSE ESG disclosure requirements?
Yes. The NSE ESG Disclosures Guidance Manual of November 2021 is mapped to GRI-based metrics in the library.
Can multiple users collaborate on a report?
Yes. Sections can be assigned to different owners, with review and approval steps before finalisation.
Are reports scheduled?
Board packs and management reports can be scheduled per period and delivered to named users.
Do you support XBRL?
When a Kenyan sustainability taxonomy is published, structured exports will be added. JSON exports are available today for machine consumption.
